Ayurveda Teachings & Slow Flow Yoga
A class in two parts. We begin with ayurveda, a theme, a topic or a tip from the tradition. It might be about doshas, sleep, food, the body's daily rhythm or something else from the world of ayurveda. The second part is yoga with poses that benefit all doshas. The class moves through flow, standing and seated positions and ends with rest or meditation. The doshas are the three core life forces in Ayurveda that shape our health and personality: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Derived from five natural elements, each person has a unique mix that controls how their body and mind work.Show more
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga where we combine physical postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayama) to create balance between body and mind. This class is perfect for both beginners and those who want to deepen their practice. During the class, we focus on slow, mindful movements that strengthen and stretch the body while increasing flexibility and body awareness. By breathing consciously and being present in each movement, we cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and presence. This class is in English.Show more
Mamma-Baby Yoga (pre-crawling)
For mothers and babies before they start crawling. :) Mamma-Baby Yoga is a calm and strengthening yoga class that creates a beautiful moment of connection between you and your baby. The class focuses on gentle movements, breathing, and strengthening exercises for the mother's body, while also incorporating the baby into the practice. It is a relaxed and pressure-free environment where you can exercise, socialize, and bond with your child. It is ok and great to feed the baby and walk around the room when needed during class. You can park and lock your stroller in our courtyard. Feel free to bring a blanket for your baby to lie on during the class. We have yoga mats and other equipment. Open to all levels – no prior experience needed. A great way to meet other mothers and their babies. :) It is recommended to start no earlier than 4–6 weeks after giving birth. The mother should have stopped bleeding before attending. Medical Conditions: Please inform the instructor before class of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your practice. Warm welcome to you both.Show more

MediYoga
Over the course of these sessions, you will be introduced to the foundations of MediYoga. We work with breathing, relaxation, meditation, and gentle movements that make the body more flexible, strong, and mobile – while at the same time balancing the nervous and hormonal systems and strengthening the immune system. MediYoga is a calm, therapeutic form of yoga that has been scientifically evaluated and is used, among other things, for stress, pain, exhaustion and sleep difficulties. The exercises can be done sitting, lying down, or standing, and are easily adapted to your individual needs. The course provides you with tools to reduce stress, improve sleep, and recharge with energy during the day. With regular practice, you strengthen the body’s self-healing ability and experience greater well-being and balance in everyday life.Show more
Morning Meditation (45 min)
Start the day from stillness. Morning Meditation is a 45-minute guided practice to ground you before the day takes over. Each session moves through a different technique — breath-focused meditation, silent sitting, mantra — so you build a varied toolkit rather than one fixed method. No experience needed. Just arrive, sit, and let the guidance do the work. Join in Studio or Online from your own home.Show more
Online - Ayurveda Teachings & Slow Flow Yoga
A class in two parts. We start with a short talk on Ayurveda — sleep, circadian rhythm, food, digestion, or the nature of the doshas. Something you can carry with you into everyday life. Then, yoga. The movements are always adapted so that all doshas benefit, but the style varies — sometimes more dynamic and flowing, sometimes slower and stiller. We blend in body scanning and meditation where it fits. Every class is its own. The one constant is that you leave with more knowledge of yourself, and a body that got to move. The doshas are the three core life forces in Ayurveda that shape our health and personality: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Derived from five natural elements, each person has a unique mix that controls how their body and mind work.Show more

Online - Hatha Yoga for Hip Opening (75 min)
This class invites you to gently open and release tension stored in the hips—one of the body’s most powerful and often tightest areas. Through slow, mindful movements and longer-held stretches, we create space in the hips, pelvis, and lower back, allowing both the body and mind to soften. The hips are deeply connected to how we move through life. Physically, they support mobility, posture, and stability. When the hips are tight, it can lead to discomfort in the lower back, knees, and even affect your overall alignment. On a deeper level, the hips are often described as a space where we hold emotional tension. By opening this area, many experience not only increased flexibility, but also a sense of release, grounding, and emotional ease. Expect a nourishing practice with seated and reclined postures, conscious breath, and time to truly land in each shape. This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you feel stiff, stressed, or simply in need of slowing down. Come as you are—and leave with a little more space, both inside and out. This class is in English.Show more
