Humlegården Calisthenics spot

Humlegården Calisthenics spot is a municipal outdoor gym located in Humlegårdens aktivitetspark in Östermalm, Stockholm, next to the Humlanhuset youth centre in the western part of the park.

The equipment consists of a workout frame, pull-up bar, jumping blocks, gymnastic rings and wall bars — that is, the essentials for bodyweight training and outdoor calisthenics. The surface is wood chip, and the facility is accessed via Engelbrektsgatan 2. The same park also contains a football pitch, basketball hoops and a skate ramp, making it an easily accessible training area for a range of activities.

Well suited to those who want to practise bodyweight movements such as pull-ups, dips and core exercises in the open air, free of charge and without booking.
