HYPR Sthlm

HYPR Sthlm is a fitness centre with two locations in Stockholm – one in Östermalm at Skeppargatan 28 and one in Vasastan at Hälsingegatan 9. The Östermalm facility covers 370 square metres and includes a gym with free weights and machines, group training studios and a cardio room. Beyond the training areas there are communal spaces where members can relax and socialise after their session.

The studio caters to a broad range of fitness levels and offers classes of varying intensity and focus. The timetable includes high-intensity cardio and strength sessions, PT-led strength classes in small groups, mobility training and seniors classes with a maximum of eight participants. There are also specially tailored programmes for new parents, families with children and companies looking for regular training for their employees.

Personal training is available both in person and online, and can be booked as individual sessions or in packages. The schedule and bookings are managed through the Wondr system, available as an app for iOS and Android. The Östermalm location is open 05:00–22:00 and the Vasastan location 06:00–22:00, though the studios are not always staffed and visits may need to be booked in advance.
