IGNITE Training Hub in Vasastan is part of a larger training concept with premises in both Vasastan and Stockholm City. The hub brings together several training formats under one roof and is aimed at those who want to combine cardiovascular training, strength and recovery in a single facility.

The concept is built around five distinct components: IGNITE is a HIIT class featuring treadmills and strength blocks in a specially designed studio. Hybrid Space offers a format that combines cardio, strength and capacity. The GYM is a premium gym for open training. Recovery Room focuses on recovery using heat and cold. In addition, personal training is available with coaches at different levels. Credits and memberships are valid at both studios, providing the flexibility to choose a location based on schedule and daily routine.

The facility places emphasis on the overall environment – lighting design, sound and spatial layout are tailored to each concept. In the changing rooms, shower and sweat towels as well as selected products are included. The studio also caters to businesses and offers solutions for groups. IGNITE HER NIGHT En kväll bara för er. Fredag 18 september stänger vi Vasastan för alla utom våra kvinnliga medlemmar. Vi kör en IGNITE-klass tillsammans klockan 17.00, med neonljus, musik och två coacher som håller är där för att skapa bästa möjliga stämning och förutsättningar för er. Sedan är Recovery Room öppet till 20.00 för bastu, isbad och en stund som bara är din. Efteråt väntar mat från Bastard Burgers, bubbel för den som vill och en goodiebag från Star Nutrition, Gatorade och Lyko. En lugn AW i badrock. Dörrarna öppnar 16.30.
