ILM Stockholm

ILM Stockholm is Sarah Stanley's practice for somatic body therapy, based in Stockholm. Sarah is a trained dancer with a bachelor's degree in dance and a certified advanced-level practitioner of Ilan Lev Method, as well as a Reiki practitioner and yoga teacher with a 200-hour RYT certification. With more than 15 years of experience as a professional dancer, she combines movement knowledge with hands-on bodywork to help clients regain freedom of movement and bodily presence.

Sessions are offered at two locations in Stockholm: Hälsans Hus in Södermalm and Existo Studio in Vasastan. Each treatment is individually tailored, carried out with clothes on, and lasts approximately 75 minutes. The work is aimed at those experiencing recurring tension, recovering from injury or stress, or simply wishing to develop a more responsive relationship with their body.

Booking is done via Calendly or Setmore depending on the location. Packages of 3, 6 or 10 sessions are available for those seeking more continuous support. Payment via wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag), Epassi, Benifex and ClassPass is accepted. Reduced prices are available for artists and individuals on a low income or who are unemployed.
