Inbalance Yoga Hornstull

Inbalance Yoga is an established yoga studio on Södermalm with two locations — one near Mariatorget and one in Hornstull — both easily accessible by metro. The studio offers drop-in classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Rocket Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yin/Restorative Yoga. In addition to the regular timetable, structured courses are available at several levels: introductory courses for beginners as well as Ashtanga Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 — with course participants also receiving a 10-class pass included in the price.

The atmosphere is instructor-led with a clear course structure, making it straightforward to follow one's progression. What truly sets Inbalance apart is the breadth of its training offering: the studio provides a 200-hour yoga teacher training (RYS-certified) and a 45-hour yin yoga teacher training, and organises retreats — the nearest being on Gotland in the summer of 2026.
