InMo Medveten Träning

InMo Medveten Träning is a multi-location fitness and health concept in Stockholm with facilities at, among other places, Östermalm (Brahegatan), at Kungl. Tennishallen, on Hornsgatan, on Kungsholmen, and in partnership with Entré Gym and VOLT Health Club. The offering combines exercise, group training, treatment and talking therapy under one roof — an unusually broad range for a boutique studio.

The partnership with Motivity is clearly reflected in the booking system, and the fact that both physical training and talking sessions are on offer points to a holistic approach in which body and mind are treated together. The premises vary from location to location, but the concept is consistently instructor-led and timetabled.

A good fit if you want access to several training venues across Stockholm and appreciate being able to combine movement with treatment or coaching sessions in the same place.
