KFUM Central Träningscenter

KFUM Central Träningscenter is located at Rosengatan 1 in Norrmalm, close to the Rådmansgatan underground station. The facility is run by Föreningen KFUM Central, an organisation with around 3,000 members that forms part of the international YMCA/YWCA movement. Its activities are founded on three cornerstones – body, mind and spirit – and welcome both young people and adults. Training is possible from the age of 12 when accompanied by a guardian.

The gym is spread across two floors and offers a wide range of equipment. The lower floor features an open performance area with kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, battle ropes, Bulgarian bags, wall bars, a ceiling ladder, cardio machines and a Tabata clock. The upper floor houses additional cardio machines, a weightlifting platform, press and pull machines, and free weights. The gym membership gives access to the gym, changing rooms with lockable lockers and a sauna, with no fixed-term contract.

For those seeking individual support, personal training is available with the option of having a tailored programme drawn up. PT slots are also rented out to independent trainers. The monthly membership fee is 299 kr, and the facility presents itself as an affordable option with a friendly atmosphere.
