Kroppsprofilen is a wellness company in Bollmora, Tyresö, founded in 2005 by Therese. The business serves both private individuals and companies, combining several disciplines within health and wellbeing under one roof. Therese has a broad educational background with expertise in areas including CBT, stress therapy, personal training, massage and nutritional guidance, and has previously worked as a PT at well-known training facilities.

The range of services spans four main areas: massage in various forms (relaxation, sports and classic massage as well as therapeutic stretching), stress management incorporating mindfulness, meditation and individual consultations, personal training with tailored goals and strategies, and nutritional guidance with individually adapted nutrition programmes including meal suggestions, nutritional content and recipes.

For corporate clients, lectures are offered in areas such as mental training, nutrition, communication and positive thinking. The approach is consistently adapted to the individual, with a focus on finding practical tools that work in each person's everyday life. The business holds an F-tax certificate and works with a number of corporate clients in the region.
