Lidingö Naprapaterna is a combined naprapathy and training studio located on Lidingö outside Stockholm. The business brings together healthcare, rehabilitation and personal training under one roof, with the aim of helping clients live free from pain and stay active. The team consists of naprapaths with expertise in treating muscle, joint and tendon complaints, and also offers massage, rehabilitation training and nutritional guidance.

On the training side, personal training is available tailored to individual goals, with specialisations including running, yoga, postnatal training, pilates and sport-specific training for racket sports and golf. The studio also offers online-based services for those who prefer flexible training from home.

Bespoke arrangements are available for companies and associations, and home visits can be organised for clients who are unable to travel to the studio for various reasons.
