Lilalotus

Lila Lotus in Vasastan is a small, holistic studio at Birger Jarlsgatan 93 that combines movement, treatments and mindful cooking under one roof. The offering covers ashtangayoga, yinyoga and pilates – all classes are held in groups of a maximum of 10–12 participants in order to provide clear presence and individual attention.

Private lessons in the form of PT-Yoga are also available to book, as is the option to hire the entire premises for your own events. On the treatment side, biodynamic craniosacral treatment, relaxing massage and deep-tissue massage are offered.

In addition to exercise and treatments, the studio runs catering and cooking courses with a focus on vegetarian and vegan food, raw food and organic seasonal ingredients – an unusual feature for a yoga studio. Lila Lotus also arranges workshops and retreats, including a retreat in Bosnia and Herzegovina in autumn 2026.

The atmosphere is intentionally intimate and the small format of each class means the instructor can adapt the teaching to each participant. Well suited to those looking for a holistically oriented studio where yoga and pilates are combined with body care and an interest in healthy, sustainable food.
