Lunchloppet Solna

Lunchloppet is a recurring running event in Solna organised by Naturfys, a fitness company based in the Bromma area. Each occasion consists of a straightforward 5 km race along scenic routes, with a race bib and timing for those who want a concrete benchmark in their training. In addition to Lunchloppet, Middagsloppet is also organised at Lillsjön – the same format, at a different time of day.

The races are open to all runners regardless of level and take place monthly, making them a natural tool for tracking training progress over time. Behind the events is Daniel Wiberg, a licensed personal trainer specialising in endurance, a running coach and a group fitness instructor – a background that shapes the setup, with running technique and stamina at its core.
