MediYoga Online

MediYoga Online is Stockholm Spa & Hälsostudio's digital yoga offering, connected to the studio on Södermalm. Recorded MediYoga sessions are available around the clock via the website, with no schedule to follow. The sessions cover several areas: Anti-Stress, Core/pelvic floor, Relaxed & Calm, Strengthen Your Whole Self and Morning Yoga, plus an introductory video and a walkthrough of breathing techniques. Also included is a large archive of previously live-streamed classes from the physical yoga studio.

The format is entirely self-directed — you log in via a password-protected page and practise yoga at your own pace. The sessions are led by Susan Östlund, owner and founder with approximately 30 years of experience in wellness, stress rehabilitation and breathing coaching, as well as by yoga therapist Sussi Obenius. A monthly pass costs 490 kr and is approved for the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag).

Suitable for those who want structured MediYoga on their own terms, regardless of where they are — or as a complement to in-person classes for those already familiar with the studio's style.
