MIND OVER matter

MIND OVER matter is a personal training and health centre in Stockholm offering individually tailored guidance in exercise, nutrition and rehabilitation. The team consists of personal trainers, nutritional advisors, and rehabilitation and sports specialists with backgrounds across several disciplines within sport and health. The business also works with licensed therapists such as naprapaths and doctors.

To ensure a high standard of quality, all staff undergo thorough personality assessments as well as practical and theoretical tests prior to employment. Team members participate on an ongoing basis in professional development, workshops and regular knowledge tests. Training takes place in collaboration with the gym chain Nordic Wellness, and no gym membership of your own is required for treatment appointments.

The studio helps clients with everything from weight loss and muscle building to rehabilitation before or after surgery, pregnancy training and athletic development. Each session lasts 55 minutes and must be booked in advance. The studio is available on weekdays between 07.00 and 20.00, and payment is made by invoice.
