Move Beyond - Stockholm

Move Beyond is a small Pilates studio in Nacka that combines clinical physiotherapy with mindful movement training. The offering includes Pilates Equipment Semi-Private Session, Pilates Equipment Private Session (1:1), Pilates Equipment Duet Session (2:1), Mommy & Me Pilates, Pregnancy Pilates, and Gyrotonic private lessons — all sessions last 50 minutes.

Groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of four participants, allowing for individual adaptation and hands-on correction in every session. The studio is led by Mayra Kaneshiro, a licensed physiotherapist and Gyrotonic instructor with over 20 years of experience in hospital settings, studios, and private practice — the clinical perspective permeates the entire operation.

Suitable for those who exercise with pain, are recovering from injury or pregnancy, or simply want to move with greater precision and presence.
