Naturfys

Naturfys is a fitness concept in Traneberg, Bromma, run by Daniel Wiberg – a licensed personal trainer, running coach and group fitness instructor specialising in cardiovascular fitness and endurance. The business operates under the company DWMS AB and is aimed at people who want to train with clear goals, such as improving their running time or completing a marathon.

The offering ranges from individual personal training to partner-based formats where you can train with a companion or in a small group. In addition to single sessions, there are training packages that combine PT sessions, individually tailored scheduling and running tests in a monthly arrangement. Group training is included in a combined training pass that gives access to all group classes.

Companies can also engage Naturfys for joint training as a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) activity. Bookings are handled via the studio's own web shop, and payment can be made using, among other methods, Swish, Klarna and card.
