Niana

Niana AB in Kista is a wellness and health centre that combines gym facilities with a broad range of treatments and health development services. The gym offers training under its own brand, while the wellness side covers massage treatments such as classic Swedish massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage and Thai massage. In addition, there are structured programmes in stress management, mindfulness and health coaching, including courses, training sessions and stress analyses.

Beyond individual services, Niana is strongly oriented towards corporate clients — offering workplace massage, on-site wellness, health conferences and lectures on topics such as psychosocial work environment, the brain, nutrition and sedentary behaviour. This makes Niana something more than an ordinary gym or a straightforward treatment studio.

Suited to those looking for a comprehensive solution for health and wellbeing, or to companies in the Stockholm region that wish to offer their employees wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) services, lectures and health development as a combined package.
