Novaen Wellness

Novaen Wellness is a smaller fitness and wellness centre in Vallentuna offering group exercise, personal training and massage treatments. Instructor Niina leads the classes Harmoniyoga, Styrka med Niina and Pilates — classes that run on a term basis with fixed times on weekdays and every other Saturday.

The massage offering includes classic massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage and cupping, and personal training is available both individually and in pairs.
