Nya Banor

Nya Banor is a wellness practice in Huddinge run by Eva Svinghammar, a qualified medical massage therapist, yoga teacher and breathing instructor. The practice is located on Lilla Björnvägen in the Västra Solgård area, approximately two kilometres from Huddinge C, and offers a wide range of treatments and exercise forms with a focus on a holistic view of health.

The practice combines several disciplines under one roof: massage treatments, various forms of yoga such as Mediyoga, Core Strength Vinyasa, Yinyoga and SensingYoga, as well as stress management and breathing courses. Yoga classes are held periodically in Farsta at Holistic center or online, and there is the option of private lessons and duo classes. Courses in conscious breathing are held on a recurring basis and include the breathing trainer Relaxator in the course fee.

Nya Banor is aimed at people who wish to prevent or alleviate complaints such as muscle pain, stiffness, stress-related problems or conditions such as fibromyalgia and rheumatism. Corporate wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) services are also offered, and bookings are handled via the booking system Timma. Free parking is available at the practice, and the premises are also accessible by public transport via bus lines 742 and 714.
