OsteoStrong Odenplan

OsteoStrong Odenplan is a wellness and fitness centre located in Vasastan in Stockholm, and is part of a network of Swedish OsteoStrong centres with additional locations in, among other places, Solna, Malmö, Göteborg and Jönköping. The centre works with a specialised method focused on strengthening bones, muscles and balance through short but intensive training sessions using purpose-designed equipment.

The methodology is based on biomechanical principles whereby the body is subjected to controlled pressure in order to stimulate bone density and muscle strength. This makes the concept particularly relevant for people with brittle bones, osteoporosis or impaired balance, though the centre also caters to athletes and those wishing to improve their general health and posture.
