Pancrase Gym

Pancrase Gym on Kungsholmen in Stockholm is one of Sweden's most historic martial arts gyms, founded in 1996 by Omar Bouiche as the first MMA gym in the country. The training offering covers MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Thai boxing and Sanda, with scheduled classes for various levels.

The premises at Bergsgatan 35 have been recently renovated and provide a serious training environment with a focus on instructor-led martial arts training. In addition to regular training, events such as corporate events, lectures, hen parties and seminars are also arranged.

What truly sets the gym apart is the track record of founder and head coach Omar Bouiche — ranked top 3 in the world during his active career and the coach behind profiles such as Ilir Latifi, Oliver Enkamp and Zebaztian Kadestam.
