Pilates by Boaz Stockholm

Pilates by Boaz is a personal pilates studio in Stockholm, run by instructor Boaz Cohen, who has an extensive background as a dancer – seven years at KCDC in Israel and seventeen years at Cullberg Baletten. The studio offers private pilates training tailored to the individual's ability and goals, as well as group training for five people or more.

Private sessions can be held at the studio, at the client's home, or via Skype and FaceTime. The training is based on classical pilates technique with a focus on core strength, mobility and body control – a format suited to both rehabilitation and advanced training.

Boaz has deepened his knowledge through courses and workshops with internationally recognised teachers such as Kathy Corry, Michael King and Amy Taylor Alpers. Classes are taught in English, making the studio accessible to those who do not speak Swedish.
