PrinceFitness Gym is an outdoor-based training concept in Vasastan, Stockholm, focused on bootcamp and functional fitness training in Kronobergsparken. The offering centres on outdoor sessions incorporating HIIT, CrossFit and hill intervals — training formats that make purposeful use of the park's varied terrain.

In addition to the park sessions, Prince also leads small-group training in a personal training format at W8 Powerclub indoors, providing a more controlled option when the weather or schedule calls for it. Group sizes are kept deliberately small, and the business is built around instructor-led training in close dialogue with participants.
