PS Träning & Behandling in Bagartorp, Solna, is a gym and treatment centre covering the full range from personal training to naprapathy and massage. The training offering is broad: PT Small Group courses in the formats Mix, Lyft, Styrka, Löpning and Ungdom, plus a postnatal and prenatal exercise course for new and expectant mothers. In addition, there are bookable drop-in sessions in Cirkel, Mobility/Core, Styrka, Mjuk yoga & Meditation as well as outdoor training at Jaktvillan in Järvastaden. Those who prefer a one-to-one arrangement can book personal training, and a new physiotherapist and PT also offers massage treatments.
