PT Fransohn Danderyd

PT Fransohn is a fitness concept founded by Josefine Fransohn, a licensed personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach who trained at Lillsveds Folkhögskola in 2021. The business operates from several locations around Stockholm, including Danderyd, Hammarby Sjöstad, Södermalm, Vasastan and Östermalm. Josefine is also a qualified wellness massage therapist and instructor in, among other disciplines, yoga, running and spinning.

The offering covers a broad range: personal training, group training, corporate training, running courses and fitness travel. Training is adapted to different levels and aims to combine strength, mobility and movement-based exercise in a varied way. Booking is done through the studio's own booking page, and payment is available in the form of season passes and class passes.

In addition to training, PT Fransohn also offers CPR training and wellness massage as complementary services. The concept emphasises individual adaptation and accessibility, with the aim of making movement training meaningful and enjoyable for every participant.
