Rosell's Gym

Rosell's Gym is located in Ekerö and offers training in a smaller, personal environment with a focus on strength, health and long-term results. The facility caters to people of all fitness levels and offers several different ways into training – from independent gym training via membership to more structured support through personal training or courses.

The offering includes personal training, a digital training tool called WeightTrainer, group training in course format, and physiotherapy. The courses are structured programmes with defined goals and do not require an existing membership to participate. For those who are new, a free consultation is offered to find a suitable arrangement.

The gym is located at Roddargränd 3 in Ekerö and booking is done through external booking systems. The training offering is complemented by regular events.
