Stockholms Atletklubb

Stockholms Atletklubb is a sports club in Vasastan, Stockholm, focused on weightlifting, powerlifting and strength training. The club has its own training facility called Gruvan and offers organised training in two disciplines: weightlifting (comprising the lifts Ryck and Stöt) and powerlifting with joint training sessions at weekends. The schedule features recurring sessions every Saturday and Sunday, including Tyngdlyftningsträning led by Marica and Styrkelyft gemensam träning.
