Fryshuset Gymmet

Fryshuset Gymmet is located in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm and offers a fully equipped gym as well as a dedicated martial arts studio for those who want to train in an open and inclusive environment. The gym floor of approximately 500 square metres accommodates free weights, dumbbells, gym machines, treadmills, rowing machines and bikes, and adjoining it is a 91-square-metre martial arts studio with a focus on Muay Thai and other martial arts.

The atmosphere is deliberately unpretentious – a broad mix of people come here regardless of experience level, background or equipment budget. Staff are on site for support and guidance. It is not a purely boutique concept, but rather an accessible, community-rooted gym run by Fryshuset, a non-profit organisation with a long history in youth work in Stockholm.
