Studio DAY

Studio DAY is a fitness studio located at Tulegatan 53 in Vasastan, Stockholm. The studio offers a varied range of group classes with a focus on barre, pilates in several formats and yoga, and caters to all fitness levels.

The different pilates classes vary in intensity and structure: Pilates Sweat is a pulse-raising session using dumbbells and resistance bands, Pilates Power combines strength and cardio, while Pilates Sculpt works at a lower intensity with an emphasis on precision and control. The barre class blends elements from ballet, yoga and pilates, and Rise and Shine Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow class suitable for all experience levels. There is also a specialist programme called Mama & Baby Bootcamp, aimed at new mothers who wish to regain strength after giving birth, with their baby present.

Booking is done through the booking system Wondr. The studio offers an unlimited monthly membership for 1 450 kr, which gives access to all classes in the timetable. The premises are also available to hire for external activities.
