Studio Munay

Studio Munay is a small yoga studio located at Schlytersvägen 62 in Hägersten, near Aspudden in southern Stockholm. The business was founded out of a desire to create a space where movement, recovery and presence take centre stage — without demands for performance or predetermined outcomes.

Classes and activities on offer include yoga, meditation, breathwork and stress management, as well as workshops and courses. The schedule includes, among other things, Yoga Flow, which is held on Thursdays. The studio values an inclusive atmosphere where participants are welcome regardless of experience level, and where the focus is on listening to the body's own signals rather than achieving specific goals.

Community and sharing are highlighted as an important part of the concept, and there is room for both strength and softness, movement and rest. Booking and administration are handled via the platform Zoezi. Contact can be made at info@studiomunay.se.
