Studio32

Studio32 is a small personal training and fitness studio on Södermalm, located at Rosenlundsgatan 32B. The offering ranges from tailored personal training to drop-in group classes and structured bootcamps. Among the specific formats are Burn & Bubbles – an intense Friday session that ends with a glass of sparkling wine – as well as bootcamps such as Kickstart (strength training, four weeks), Run (running technique and endurance) and the upcoming Mamas programme aimed at pregnant women and new mothers. No membership or fixed-term commitment is required; drop-in classes are paid simply via Swish.

The premises were renovated in January 2026 in collaboration with Wingårdhs arkitektbyrå and are deliberately small and intimate – intended to feel like a neighbourhood gym rather than an anonymous large-scale facility. Behind the studio are three founders: the personal training duo Hanne Lindström and Nathalie Schiöler, with a combined experience of over 25 years in the industry, and business developer Elsa von Otter. It is a combination that places training quality and long-term relationships at the centre.

A good fit if you want personal attention, prefer to avoid large gym crowds, and enjoy an espresso before or after your session.
