The Functional Box

The Functional Box is a boutique gym in Tyresö that focuses on functional group training for all levels.

The offering consists of instructor-led classes such as High Intensity, The Heavy Box, The Circle and Afterwork(out), as well as bootcamps in various formats: Introcamp for beginners, Early Bird for morning training, The Mama for those who have recently given birth and The Papa. In addition, personal training, small group training and corporate activities are offered.

Classes are 45–60 minutes long and are held in smaller groups with a coach who instructs and motivates throughout the session. What sets the studio apart is the combination of coached functional training in a low-pressure format, open to both beginners and those with more experience.

Suitable for those who want structure and a sense of community in their training without having to navigate a large gym on their own.
