The Place Stockholm

The Place Stockholm is a full-service studio in Östermalm with two locations – Kommendörsgatan 29 and Grevgatan 37 – and a broad range of boutique classes seven days a week. The training formats on offer are Megaformer (the Lagree method), Ride (spinning/cycling), Barre, Jump (trampoline) and Yoga Strength, with a combined total of over 120 classes per week.

The premises have plenty of natural light and an atmosphere described as welcoming, with instructor-led classes in small groups where the coaching keeps the pace up. The studio is part of an all-inclusive concept that includes an infrared sauna, complimentary towels and SachaJuan products after class – something that sets it apart from more stripped-back training facilities.
