The Spring River Park Outdoor Gym

The Spring River Park Outdoor Gym is located in Vårflodsparken in Enskede, at Viborgska vägen 24, and offers free outdoor training on a gravel surface. The equipment covers the basic bodyweight exercises: dips, sit-up ramp, box jumps, push-up bar, pull-ups and monkey bars.

The gym is always open for spontaneous training without booking and free of charge — it is municipally operated and intended for anyone who wants to exercise outdoors. Adjacent to the site there is also a ball court, basketball court and table tennis table, making the area a combined activity space for various pursuits.

Suits those who prefer simple, accessible outdoor workouts without a membership, or who want to combine bodyweight training with other spontaneous sports activities nearby. The nearest metro station is Sockenplan.
