Trainics

Trainics is a calisthenics-specialist studio in Hagastaden in Stockholm, offering coach-led classes, semi-private training and one-to-one personal training. The training offering revolves entirely around bodyweight training and movement training based on the studio's own Block Programmering, in which each training period follows a structured progression format.

Classes are scheduled at lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, and there are three levels of coaching: large group classes, Semi Private with smaller groups and more individual feedback, and 1-1 Personlig Träning focused on specific goals within calisthenics.

The atmosphere is described as close-knit and community-driven, with a coaching team that includes Amre Osman, Salvatore Murgia, Douglas Zwedberg, Sabina Zwedberg and Heta Vihro.
