Urban OM

Urban OM is a thoughtfully conceived centre for yoga, meditation, dance and breathwork, located at Wallingatan 20-22 in Norrmalm, Stockholm. The studio was founded in 2012 with the ambition of offering a calm space in the middle of the urban pulse, where city dwellers can find balance and deepen their connection with themselves. It is a stone's throw from the underground stations Hötorget, Rådmansgatan and T-Centralen.

A broad weekly schedule offers more than 60 classes per week across yoga in various styles, meditation, dance and breathwork – both in the studio and via livestream. The premises include a sauna, shower and communal areas with tea and breakfast after morning classes. In addition to the regular schedule, workshops, courses and special events are arranged with internationally invited teachers. The studio also offers certified yoga teacher training programmes of 200 and 800 hours with a therapeutic focus.

Urban OM is aimed at those who wish to combine an active city life with a deeper inner exploration. The atmosphere is characterised by a grounded and inclusive approach to movement and wellbeing, and the classes are open to all levels. Booking is done via the studio's app or website, and corporate packages in yoga and breathwork are also available.
