Värmdö Bootcamp Gym (fd. WellnessGruppen AB)

Värmdö Bootcamp Gym is located in Gustavsberg and offers a broad range of training under one roof: indoor and outdoor bootcamp, Hyrox, group fitness and a fully equipped gym. In addition to the training itself, the studio also provides personal training with a PT, nutritional advice, an 8-week wellness programme with body scanning and weekly follow-ups, as well as home-made high-protein meal boxes available on site.

The atmosphere is community-oriented with a limited number of members, which keeps group sizes small and creates a more personal feel. The facility is open every day 05:00–22:00 and also has recovery facilities including an infrared bed and ice bath. The studio is run by Carlotta Östberg, who has over 30 years of experience in health and wellness and combines the role of personal trainer with massage and wellness treatments.

A good fit if you want variety in your training and do not simply want to work out alone on the gym floor – particularly if you appreciate encouragement and having a community around your training.
