X-Force

X-Force in Östermalm is a strength and fitness centre at Surbrunnsgatan 14 in Stockholm, built around a unique machine concept for effective muscle development. The offering covers strength training with X-Force machines, group fitness classes including Yoga and Wheeling, cardiovascular training, boxing and personal training. Membership also includes access to a spa with sauna and hot tub.

The studio's core feature is its patented X-Force machines, which mechanically add 40 per cent extra load during the negative (eccentric) phase of each movement. This means shorter sessions at higher intensity compared with conventional strength training. The premises are described as a carefully designed training environment, and the studio is part of an international network of 44 gyms across 10 countries.
