HälsoStudion Gröndal is a health and wellbeing centre located at Maskinistgatan 1 in Gröndal, Stockholm. The studio brings together a wide range of activities and treatments under one roof, with a focus on movement, relaxation and personal development. The business is run by a network of independent therapists and instructors who rent space in the premises.

The week is structured around fixed scheduled classes: pilates on Monday evenings, ashtanga yoga on Tuesdays and Saturdays, medi yoga on Wednesdays, yin yoga on Thursdays and Sundays. In addition to group classes, individual treatments are offered, including naprapathy, talking therapy, frequency and magnet therapy, breathwork and cold bathing, as well as several forms of massage, among them ÍLERA African Massage and spiritual massage courses.

The studio also has a cultural dimension through a café and art by one of the resident artists. The premises can also be hired by external parties. Contact is available by phone or email daily between 10.00 and 21.00.
