Yoga med Helen

Yoga med Helen AB is a solo practice run by Helén Kåselöv, operating in Gröndal in Stockholm as well as offering a wide range of online courses and livestreamed workshops. The focus is on gentle, nervous-system-regulating styles of yoga: Mediyoga (medical yoga), Yin yoga, Kundalini yoga, Yoga Nidra, and breathing and meditation practices.

Current formats include the term-time course Mediyoga på Söder at Mariatorget and the recurring online workshop Nervsystemets sommarvila, which combines Mediyoga for the vagus nerve, pranayama and Havening.

The atmosphere is calm and accessible — classes take place in small groups or via well-produced live broadcasts where participants describe the feeling of being in the same room. Helén has been a trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist in Mediyoga since 2008, with further qualifications in areas including Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork and medical yoga for exhaustion and ME.

Distinctive features include a strong emphasis on nervous system health and recovery, as well as a free YouTube library of over 300 videos. Suitable for those seeking calm, restorative yoga with a clear health focus, whether you prefer to practise at home online or in a group in Stockholm.
