Yoga-mindfulness Centrum Stockholm

Yoga-mindfulness Centrum Stockholm is a centre in Vasastan that combines yoga practice with mindfulness and meditation based on a traditional yoga philosophy. The centre caters to a broad audience and offers courses for adults, seniors, children and young people, as well as teacher training in Yoga-mindfulness. In addition to the regular course programme, drop-in classes are available along with recurring open meditation sessions every Friday.

The centre also offers more specialised services such as a yoga-based medical clinic, group CBT, family therapy, yoga-based health consultations and lectures. All teachers have completed at least three years of training under the guidance of the head teacher Bikash Acharya and receive ongoing continuing education.

Throughout the year, recurring events are organised such as yoga gatherings outside Stockholm, open house days and participation in Kulturnatt Stockholm. Enrolment is done by email or phone, and payment is handled on site via Swish.
