Yoga Next Door

Yoga Next Door is located at Rindögatan 15 in Gärdet, Stockholm, and offers a varied timetable of yoga classes and workshops with a focus on wellbeing and mindfulness. The programme includes Vinyasa Flow, Mindful Flow, Self-Care Yoga, Morning Flow, Flow & Roll, (4Beat) Flow, Yin & Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Yoga with Baby, among others. Regular weekend workshops are also held – such as TRE (Trauma & Tension Release) – exploring specific themes in depth.

Group sizes are deliberately limited to a maximum of ten participants, allowing room for individual feedback and a calm, personal atmosphere. All classes are held in English, making the studio accessible to an international audience. What sets Yoga Next Door apart is the combination of yoga therapy, stress-reduction tools and a free weekly community class open to everyone.
