Mielestrega and Yoga Synergy Sweden are based in central Stockholm and run by Arianna Montanari, who founded the businesses in 2020 and 2021 respectively.

The studio offers classes in the Yoga Synergy method, with formats such as Synergy Fluid Flow, Yoga Synergy 75 mins and Yoga in Italian – all built on flowing movements inspired by Qi Gong and martial arts rather than traditional sun salutations. Mamma-Baby Synergy also features in the schedule, a gentle class for parents with infants that ends with a mini sound bath.

Classes are held in small groups with a clearly instructor-led structure, and the atmosphere is described as inclusive and soft rather than performance-oriented.

What sets the studio apart is the combination of the Synergy principles – moving from the core, tensing less, feeling more – with Arianna's Italian background, which is reflected in, among other things, the Italian-language class option.

Alongside the training, Arianna sells handmade natural products such as body butter and beeswax lip balm, and shares her knowledge of beekeeping.
