Yoga Therapy STHLM, Gamla Enskede

Yoga Therapy STHLM is a small, personal practice in Gamla Enskede run by Åsa Malmberg, a certified MediYoga therapist and teacher with a background in, among other things, Yin yoga, mindfulness and HRV training. The practice was founded after Åsa herself experienced stress-related burnout during a long career as a flight attendant with SAS, which led her to pursue further training in holistic health and wellness at, among other places, MediYoga Institutet in Stockholm.

In addition to yoga classes and courses, a wide range of massage treatments is offered, including lymphatic massage, tactile massage, hot stone massage and raindrop massage. All treatments are united by a shared focus on breathing, calm and recovery. Åsa is also an ambassador for Accessible Yoga, meaning that the training is adapted to the individual's needs regardless of body type, age or gender.

The practice is aimed at those seeking a more therapeutic and holistic approach to movement and wellbeing. The studio is located in the peaceful Gamla Enskede and bookings are made via the platform Boka Direkt. Classes are taught in Swedish.
