3d Health & Fitness is a purpose-built gym exclusively for GXO/ASOS colleagues at the Barnsley site. The facility features the latest Technogym cardiovascular machines — including treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and spinning bikes — alongside free weights, a functional training rig, resistance machines, and a private studio for group classes.
Gym membership is provided free of charge to all eligible employees, and a range of group classes (Train with the Trainer) covering strength, cardio, functional fitness, stretch and yoga are available at low-cost pay-as-you-go or monthly rates. All new members receive a free induction and personalised fitness programme.
