3F GYM is a boutique gym in Bournemouth built around three pillars: Fitness, Fight, and Free Weights.

The facility offers a comprehensive fitness zone with cardio and functional equipment, a dedicated fight zone with a boxing ring and cage for martial arts including BJJ, MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai and K1, and a serious free weights area with plate-loaded machines, powerlifting platforms and a crossfit zone.

Members can also enjoy an on-site Gym Kitchen serving breakfasts, lunches, fresh shakes and coffee, as well as a supplements shop and branded 3F Apparel. The gym hosts regular classes led by experienced coaches and even organises its own Deadlift Competition.
