AKA Combat & Fitness is a community combat sports club based at the Dolphin Centre in Poole, offering a wide range of disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Shootboxing, MMA, Judo and Self Defence, as well as Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, Yoga and Pilates.

Classes run for all ages — from Cadets aged 5 upwards through to adults — and are coached by fully qualified, DBS-checked coaches. As a Community Interest Company, AKA offers discounted prices and scholarships to young carers and disadvantaged young people, with the first two sessions free for new members.
