Tier 1 Martial Arts is an elite martial arts academy in Bournemouth, founded by experienced martial artists Phil Norman and Woody White. The academy offers world-class instruction across six-plus disciplines — Thai Boxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Filipino Kali, and the award-winning Ghost Elusive Combat system — plus dedicated kids' programmes.
