The Academy of Shaolin Kung Fu offers traditional Chinese martial arts classes in Poole and Bournemouth, Dorset. Specialising in Five Animals Shaolin style (Crane, Tiger, Dragon, Snake, Leopard), Chin Na, Junshi Sanda, Chinese Kickboxing and Taoist Yoga, the Academy is led by AMA-qualified instructors holding Senior Master Grade.
Classes cover fitness, conditioning, self-defence, traditional weapons training and regular internal gradings. Open to males and females aged ten and above, from complete beginners upwards, with a non-competitive ethos and one-to-one personal training also available.
