Founded by Phil Norman, a full instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto and pioneer of UK MMA, Ghost is a step-by-step combat system built around unorthodox elusive movement.

Battle-tested in the ring and cage over 11+ years, it is designed for sport fighting (boxing, kickboxing, MMA) and suits all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to competitive champions. Training is available online at your own pace, through certified instructors worldwide, and via seminars.
